The school is an incorporated association. All parents/guardians are encouraged to become members of the association.

Members of the association elect the school committee at the annual general meeting (AGM). The school committee legally holds the responsibility for administering and governance within the school. The school committee is required to attend all meetings, induction, professional development and oversea the operation of the school in compliance and governance. The school committee positions are President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and three Ordinary Members. At the AGM, members of the association also elect the Public Officer and Child Protection Officer. Financial transparency is ensured by the engagement of an independent provider of accounting services.
